It can not be denied that male bosses are usually capable of running companies and controlling work quite well. There is also no doubt that male bosses have much free time than female bosses for the fact that women, we must confess, besides their work, they are also housewives and taking care of children and doing housework are their tasks so it seems inconvenient to do things all together.
Furthermore, reasonably I am female, it is understandable that I would like to choose a male boss, especially if he is handsome, polite and smart^^.Of course,male bosses also have bad sides, for example, they are not as patient as female and sometimes imgressive in making a decision. Personally, an ideal boss is always my dream in the future and no matter how hard the way ahead may be, I still think that I will overcome and devote to my work, my boss perfectly if I try my best. If my boss is male,he will not concern about senseless talk such as my small mistakes while my female boss will feel unsatisfied or uncomfortable.Why?Because she does not know that none is perfect and everyone can make mistakes or other reasons.I don't understand why female is curious,fault finding.But it seems female's natural character.I think this point explain to the fact that a female boss often shares with us many stories easily,such as:family,work,neighborhood,society.We can't meet this point if our boss are female.Because a male boss can't understand all female staff's mood(worries,sadness,...)He also does not pay attention to our conditions,for example:asking us to go on official business,entrusting us with hard job while we must bring small child up...He is of quick temper than a female boss,he can speak loudly if you make big mistakes or make him unsatisfied.In this case,a female boss will not express as a male boss.She will not criticize us strictly,but she will remember this mistake for a long time while a male boss won't.
