I think male and female boss have many affect to our job. Some people like male boss but some people like female boss. In my opinion, I like male boss for some reason:
- First, I think male boss is person who stay calm in every situation and find out the solution easily.
- Second, male boss, sometimes, is comfortable with employees and not rather stick.
- Then, male boss there just seems to be much less manipulation and vindictiveness.
- Finally, I think I'm a female so work under a male boss not stress and has much pressure.
That all i think about a male boss, but i think that is very little. I hope I will receive many comments from all of you. Thank you!
