If someone asked me that I like a male boss or a female boss, I will answer immediately : " A female boss" . I'm a girl and I think all the other girls will enjoy working with a female boss .
Why? I'll explain right now :D
Firstly, your boss who will work with you, so the two parties must have an understanding of each. It will be to determine the effectiveness of the work. Because, as you know, when we think the same and work smoothly, then everything will be resolved quickly. And of course, women will have the same thoughts.This issue is certainly true.
Secondly, a female will be easy to share with us the things other than work in the workplace, such as family stories, love stories, our children stories... And so, sometimes, you have problems at work for a certain reason, a female boss will sympathetic and encourage you. Because she understood that women have a lot of worry and concern.
Finally, when you work with a female boss, you will feel comfortable and develop their own abilities. Unlike when working with a male boss, you can propose naturally a motion or a change because of reasons ( that only women understand ).
Try to imagine if you work with a male boss ??? You definitely will not be comfortable in all because these reasons are difficult to describe. you will not be shared in the following case : you go to work late because your child is sick. Actually it is very difficult to understand thoughts or feelings of each...
For me, I prefer to work with a female boss. And I wish in the future, I will have this opportunity. What do you think about this problem? Tell me ...:X

Yeah, I quite agree with your thoughts but you know, a male boss may not understand the sensitive problems of female staff but in the end, he should have a wife and he will see our troubles:P heehee so it may be funnier (or more funny) working with a male one^^
