Do you prefer a male boss or a female boss?What do you think about this topic?If given a choice,I will choose a man. I think male bosses are easier work with.
You can see, a good quality is found in male boss,is resolution. He often brings forward optimal solutions, and by his power, different opinions will be come to a agreement more quickly. A right decision is not only to raise his prestige but also bring about profitability for the company. Meanwhile,resolution which is often lacked in female,but she is really ambitious and energetic.
Besides,I think male bosses are more tolerant and practical. They don't get envious or jealous of you if you are looking good, they are less prone to moods and more straight-talking.
As you know,men build house,women make home.That is why men take social pressures more less than women.To do houseworks,bring up children and take care of family take men less time. Therefore,they have more free time to do work and grant promotion quickly.On the contrary,women are only received have few chances for promotion.
For me,I want to work with a male boss but you maybe prefer female boss,choices are depended on each of us and the requirement of job.For example,a work about fashion design or art,female is able to do more effectively than male.But male suit to be controller in a construction company...That is our view.

I choose male boss too!! We share the same thoughts! And you know what, even a work about fashion design or art, men still do better than women :P I'm pretty sure men are more creative and they have lots of time for their work, really ;))
