MALE OR FEMALE BOSS??????????

Have you ever imagined that you applied a job and u felt anxious to know about the gender of your boss?
Do you like male or female boss? A hard interesting question. Do you think so?
Is it important to you? With reference my idea, the most important factor is how good my boss’ quality is.
In addition, we know everyone is unique and different individuals, so it is too hard to give out option. I have to beat my brain out to choose. At the end, I choose male boss.
People say that of most women are selfish and jealous of another’s ability as well as they have complex thoughts. And the mystery here, therefore, is to try to know the world looks like from, through the eyes of female boss. It is too complex. Sometime you can’t make heads or tails of her. It ‘s all jumbled- up.
My teacher said that women were both talkative and blabbermouth. They usually make a mountain out of a molehill. Rarely do they really want to share experiences as well as secret with another so they are selfish.
Women usually pay more attention to detail so if you make mistakes, they will feel annoyed and prefer being fault-finding your ones. They always want to be brighter than you because it is the way they show their authority. If they don’t like you, may be it’s the biggest challenge for you to move ahead of your career.
Even when you want to make them content, you have to flatter them to catch their eye. It’s too uncomfortable and dependent on her ideas. You daren’t show your ideal comfortably.
About male boss, they‘re usually more friendly. If you ask them for sharing experiences or helping, they will lend you a hand. Because they want to make a good impression and imagine with you. Rarely do you and they are at odds. It is easy to get well long with your boss because they are neither talkative nor interested in trivial thing. They would prefer to remain a good relationship rather than be at loggerhead with other, so it is easy for them to skip your fault and show you how to correct yours instead of glaring at you when you make mistakes. That is a gold opportunity for you to be quick off the mark.
But if I know my boss is a middle- aged person, I’ll choose female boss because middle –aged women are very sensitive and understanding. She can have a sympathy of you in some special situation. She know you are green horn so she may lend you an ear and show you how to solve problem whenever u face up to.
At last, the bottom line is how they behave to you.
We know there are many people who are not same what we commented generally. It is up to your mind. But I don’t want to make it become complicate anymore.
