Selling Online - Unforgetable memory

You want to buy a CD, a photo book about your foreign idols or other goods which are not sold at your place, what will you do? Will you take a long journey to where has them? If I were you, I would buy them from a reliable website. Why not? Because not only me but also many other people do like. Nowadays, we often called this trade selling online. How is selling online?
Selling Online - let's call this S.O- can be done when the seller give information such as price, kind, images or videos about their goods on the Internet. The buyer will be online ti find the good which they want to buy. They'll check the good's conditions and send money to the seller. After that, they will receive charges from the buyer.
Why does it develop? Because many people become lazy or other reasons? In my opinion, the rapid development of the Internet is the main reason. By one click, we can buy everything, can know the price, style of a good in many stores. So we can buy the good in the cheapest price and it doesn't take much time. fro the sellers, many of them can't afford to hire stores or assistants. While with S.O, they just have to offer a low price to maintain the website. Those are advantages of S.O. But what about the disadvantages?
First of all, buyers may buy the good which makes them unsatisfied. Because sellers make profit illegally, they often give incorrect information about their good. On the other hand, while doing S.O, both buyers and sellers must have their bank accounts for one another. This is the chance for thieves. They can break into your account and steal money. This action is often called "hack" on the Internet. Furthermore, when you change your mind, you no longer want to buy the good which you have paid the deposit for, you have to tell the seller to refund. If he is kind, he'll refund you immediately. But if he is not, you will have to wait for long to receive your money back. Sometimes, you will lose. For example, I my self used to be in the second case. I like DBSK - a Korean boy band. I wanted to have a photo book of them so I decided to buy it from a girl who had this book. She was living in HCM City. All our trade were done through the Internet. I sent 200.000 VND to her and asked to send me the book. After that, I would send her the remaining money. When I surfed the net, I realized that her price was too expensive. I contacted her and told her to reduce the price or I wouldn't buy that book. But she disagrred with me so I had to ask for a refund. I phoned her, sent her emails... She promised to refund me but in fact she didn't do that. For a long time, I had wasted too much money on phoning her. At last, I gave up! I counldn't fly from Hanoi to HCM City to take back my money. This is an unforgetable memory for me and that's why I don;t like S.O. I have lost belief in sellers on the Internet. Moerover, S.O is a real challenge for retailers. Many of them can't sell anything because the market is so competitive.
To solve those problems, I think buyers should be careful. They shpuld buy in reliable websites such as Ebay, Amazon, Enbac... Sellers should have clear strategies such as giving the guarantee, trying to intergrate prices of both online and offline goods... With buyers and sellers' effort, I think S.O will develop further and make everyone feel comfortable.
